Step 1: Choose Four Music Selections

Choose 4 collections of music that suite your taste and style and if you are unsure, let us pick them for you. If there’s a song in a selection that doesn’t work for you, let us know, we have some that can swapped out. We use sets as these songs so straight into each other so the band can keep playing without stopping.

For those getting married, we can play your first song live by the band. If your song is not listed then we can play almost any song you want as long as we can find the music sheet. Some songs will sound better from an expanded band but we can let you know when you enquire.

Packages Include

The band, technical production and travel (upto 50 miles from Reading)
Atmospheric & Party Lighting

You get pinspots on the tables, a mirrorball over the stage, a wash of colour around the room from wireless uplighters and our theatre grade moving lights. Later on party on down to a lighting system that would rival most nightclub,s all controlled by our lighting operator all night so it really does bounce and go to the music.

*Platinum includes Pinspots on 12 tables, 12x wireless uplighters; Ultimate doubles to 24 pinspots on tables and 24 wireless uplighters

High Quality Sound & Background Fill Music

High quality speakers and microphones on the band fill the room with quality clear sound so you can hear every note and the best man speeches through our Sennheiser wireless radio microphones . Background music is included before the band starts, in between sets and at the end your night. We jump over to your favourite playlist of songs played from our music playlist software or you can add a DJ to finish your final hour(s).

*Platinum includes 2 speakers stands next to the stage; Ultimate includes extra 2 satellite speakers stands placed in the room to enhance the sound.

Professional Musicians & Technicians

Our musicians and technicians are the very best of the industry covering theatres and functions all across the UK with an immense amount of experience to help make your celebration the very best it can be.

Raised Stage

You get a raised dressed stage with a black and white drape background hung behind the band. We can even add white or other coloured drapes for a little extra to match your design. If your venue already includes a raised stage then let us know as we can give you a discount.

* 5 Piece stages are 6m x 3m and 9 piece are 10m x 4m

Our Rider / Requirements

Our production packages listed below include almost everything needed for the band though we do need a few things to make the day as easy as possible.

  • We do ask for the band and crew to be catered with hot food as they can’t leave site. If this isn’t possible we can arrange a buyout chargeable per person working.
  • A band/crew room to house the band and crew in between sets and to store the spare equipment/empty cases.
  • 2x 13a Power sockets near the stage area. If larger power connections are available we can liaise with the venue and arrange to bring the right equipment to make it work. Alternatively we can arrange for a generator on site where needed.

* If dry hiring the band there is a separate rider to cover the production equipment required to make us sound and look the best we can be.
